Every morning when I head downstairs to go to work, I look at the front entry and heave a heavy sigh. While I am making progress, it is going SO slowly. The weather here has been exceptionally cool for July so I spend nearly every free moment outside either doing yard work or stripping woodwork–both original and new to be added. I’ve already gone through two gallons of stripper and will likely need more. In addition to the woodwork, I’ve been wiring, framing, and repairing the stair panels. It’s tough with a full-time job and a family finding time to do everything and not feeling guilty about not spending time with the wife and kids.
